HOW TO USE
Step 1: Apply the eyeliner by starting at the center of the eyelid and then drawing a smooth line towards the outer corner of the eye. Step 2: Draw a line from the inner corner of the eye so that the two lines meet. For a more smokey look, you can use the smudger at the other end of the pen while the line is still damp.
