Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Paracliq. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Should you need to return or exchange an item purchased on our website, we're here to assist you.
Return Period:
Products purchased from Paracliq can be returned within 2 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The product was purchased within the specified return period.
- The product remains unused and undamaged.
- You possess the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- A Return Merchandise Number (RMN) is obtained from our customer service team.
Exceptions to Returns:
- Products bought with a Gift Card or during special promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Opened electronic items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Hygiene and Cosmetic Products:
For hygiene reasons, certain cosmetic items (e.g., nail polish, lipliner, lipsticks, mascara, roll-ons, etc.) cannot be exchanged.
Exchange Limitations:
We accept exchanges only once per order number. Quantities are limited to 4 per customer for a single offer or bundle.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges associated with returning a product are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and amount to $2 (daily rate applies). You are responsible for the product's safe return to Paracliq, and any risk of loss or damage during transit.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged product, kindly notify us immediately for assistance. Shipping costs for exchanging damaged items are covered by us.
Sale Items:
Refunds are applicable for sale items.
