1. PROTECT YOUR SKIN
Before exposure to the sun, apply your sunscreen generously (for example 6 sprays on average on the forearm)*.
*Reducing this quantity decreases the level of protection.
2. RENEW THE APPLICATION
Reapply frequently, especially after bathing, drying or sweating.
3. TAKE PRECAUTIONS AGAINST THE SUN
Don’t stay in the sun for too long, even if you use sunscreen. Too much sun is dangerous. Avoid exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Do not expose babies and young children to the sun. Use protective clothing (hat, glasses, T-shirt).
