How To Use
Respiratory treatment: add 3-5
drops of eucalyptus oil to a
warm bath and breath in its
healing vapers while you relax.
As a topical application for cold
relief, melt 2 tablespoons of
unscented shea butter in a
double boiler, remove from heat
and mix in 10-12 drops
eucalyptus oil.Massage diluted
eucalyptus essential oil into the
temples on the bridge of the
nose to relieve sinus pressure.
Skin treatment: dilute
eucalyptus oil with a carrier oil
and rub onto the skin.
Hair treatment: mix 2 – 4 drops
of eucalyptus oil with 1 or 2
tablespoons of coconut oil and
apply to the scalp, wait for
20 min then rinse thoroughly.
Eucalyptus oil is also effective in
killing head lice. Increase the
mix to ½ teaspoon of
eucalyptus oil with 3
tablespoons of coconut oil and
leave-in for 30-40 minutes. Be
sure to patch test beforehand.
