HOW TO USE:
Apply on mobile eyelid and blend upwards with windshield-wiper motions. To clean brush correctly use Pupa’s Brush Cleaner. Use: spray cleaner directly on brush, use a tissue to remove make-up residues from bristles, position brush horizontally and let dry.
